Up until smaller and more powerful LED lights, this was untouchable. The absolute brightest, best light I ever used. I still have it, but use it around home. Several years after the purchase it is on the same bulb and battery pack. The only thing which needs replacement is the lens, as it has slightly melted. A lens is available for purchase, but neither myself nor the store manager could figure out how to remove the old one, and put a new one in. So, I will probably replace the whole head.
