This HID handheld rechargeable is a bargain for the price. Stanley of course imported from China, and therefore its sold at Walmart. I paid $69 for it. So if it lasts a year on my boat I'll be happy. It like all other HID lights are the brightest available. A full charge lasts about 2 hours, or you can plug it into a cigarette lighter if needed. Its sturdy enough for marine use, although it does weigh about 3 lbs. The housing has to contain a big battery and the HID ballast, so it's going to way more than your old Q-Beam.
